"Well, I’m playing well and have worked my bankroll upwards since the last post to an all-time new high. Good time to have confidence in my game heading to the Bahamas. I doubt that I’ll play many cash games because we’ll probably be enjoying the island with friends when I’m not in the main tournament so I’m only taking $2K to play the side games with. Internet access is $10 for 24 hours so I’ll probably get online at least a few times while I’m down there and report my results."


"I don’t really have any plans except for the Poker Stars parties and a Friday get together with our friends. I’m taking a printout of the latest version of the book with me to review if/when I’m in the mood. Perhaps that will be reserved for the airport delays and plane rides. It is basically done though. I don’t like the card font O’Reilly chose so I’m changing it, which is a pain. I’m reformatting it out of O’Reilly’s template which is tedious. I’m trying to finalize agreements with the other writers and get this thing printed one way or the other. I expect to have the final manuscript done a by the end of January and expect to have the thing published soon after."
